Can a white baby have a mongolian spot?

My baby is 2 weeks old, I have 3 children now my first child is white, my second is bi-racial, and my daughter has a possibility of two father one black one white....but she looks white I will post a picture to see what you guys think....But All the nurses in during delivery knew that I would know her race when I had her. The first two hours of her life they said yes shes white, then one nurse come in and said well samantha she has what looks like a mongolian spot on her lower spine its about the size of a quarter. Well my middle child which is bi racial people would swear they would have never known he was mixed if they wouldnt have known...But believe me i could tell ...He was WAY darker than my daughter...My daughter looks as white as I did when i was a baby she has a beautiful complexion I have indian and alot of it on both sides we all have dark hair and light light brown skin, In which case i am pale though...but that could be from not going or staying it the sun for two years and my diet...But to me she looks just like my first son because that would be the same father ....She faver the white dad so much ...She looks nothing like the black father ....but I was wondering if anyone knew a white baby that had one and knew for sure it was a white baby...And yes i know DNA is the only way to prove for sure. I know someones answer is going to be GET A DNA...and i am but for the time being im just asking out of curiousity . because either way she is my daughter and I love her but I swear, spot or not. She is and looks like a white baby....
