Why does everyone think Brett Favre is better than Aaron Rodgers?

Aaron Rodgers did way better than Favre with the Packers. Favre never got a per rating over 100 with the Packers. Aaron Rodgers did it his first year starting. Brett Favre had 16 seasons to break 100. Aaron Rodgers did it in 1. Brett Favre only did well with the Vikings who had Sidney Rice, Visanthe Shiancoe, Bernard Berrian, Percy Harvin, and great offensive lineman. The Packers only had Donald Driver and Greg Jennings and his offensive line sucked.
