I have a high sedrate of 87 as of approximately 4 months ago, no other systems - my age is 45?

I'm in otherwise okay health. BP fine; cholesterol fine; no underlying health issues other than the high sedrate of 87 and also diagnosed with LBBB. Sedrate last year was low 70's. Not diabetic either. Should I see a specialist or just continue to check when my own MD decides to re-check, doesn't seem concerned unless I see him for a cold or bronchitis once a year, then if he remembers, he'll order the blood work.
