I'm 14 and need help moving out exc?

Alrite so for the ped 2 years I've been with my mom she kicked me out and sent me too my dads then they got back together. My mom later tried to convinced my dad to send me to bootcamp. I have no respect for her that b*tch gets no love from me since I always stood up for her and then turned on me like the two face she is Im from the eastbay California in the town of Hayward next to Oakland, basicly I was raised in the street. My dad didn't want to send me so he told me I'm on my own, I can still live with them tho. It's not much of a difference since i've been making my own money and buying my own clothes. I'm pissed off basicly can I live in an apartment even tho I'm about to turn 15 this December 5th. And oh I wanted a 86$ bike for my cake day cause my other bike is in Sacramento and I'm not pickin it up in a while. But they decided not to get me anything. I also have my moms name tatted on my neck. And I get sick from lookin at it. I want to know if I can get a day job and make my money in an honest way.
