P1345 Fix 1997 Ford Probe GTS?

I own a 1997 Ford Probe GTS. The vehicle wont start, it turns over but wont start. The check engine light is on so I put a scanner on it and I get the code P1345, which means No CMP or SGC Signal(cam sensor). Is their a fix to this?
