Why is my baby all the sudden fighting sleep?

It use to be so easy to put him to sleep. He is now 6 months old and every time he is tired it is obvious. I nurse him to sleep, and now he'll just rub his eyes so hard, and kick his legs and move around when he's eating. ok, first of all, do you have a trainer? with someone there to help you and coach along the way, it may make things loads easier. Secondly, have you tried side reins or draw reins? Don't just use them though, it helps to know how they work and fit. It almost sounds like you need to really get the hang of getting him on the bit. I found using side reins on this one mare helped me find the weight i needed in the bridle and the leg required to keep her in a frame. Best of luck, I hope you get the desired result!

Honestly, I foresee a gun being stolen. Some students will steal anything that isn't bolted to the floor - pens, pencil sharpeners, rulers, textbooks (of course the kids that steal them are the same ones who never read them...), etc. I'm sure teachers will have to keep their guns on them or locked up, but teachers are human and eventually one will make a mistake. As for school safety, schools are already just about the safest place you can be. You are more likely to be murdered at home or on the street than at school. Of course, it could possibly prevent or limit the extent of a school shooting. I could also see a teacher firing a few shots in the air to break up a fight - that would be funny! Is it ok for a dog to adopt baby bunnies?

My dog (a very tiny chihuahua) just had puppies... Well puppy, she only had one (only 4 days ago). Well my brother brought 3 baby bunnies over to my house saying he had ran them over with a lawn mower and they were the survivors. They appear to be only a few days old because they are basically hairless (just a little fuzz) and their eyes are still closed. Well I rubbed my dog's fur all over my hands really good then rubbed the bunnies and I showed them to her and she adopted them. She cleaned them up and snuggled up with them. They have been in there for a few hours now and seem to be doing well. I'm not sure if they will be able to nurse on her (not sure if her are too big or if dog milk is even good for them because on all the bunny sites it says use Kitten Milk Replacer with a little heavy cream mixed in it). So I think even though she took up with them I'm still going to have to feed them myself. Anyway, my question is: Is it ok for them to be in there with her & her puppy? It is keeping them quite warm, and she licks them to make them potty. Also only 2 of the 3 bunnies are in there with her. The third one has a back leg missing from the lawnmower & we put neosporin + pain reliever on it and bandaged it up, but she didn't want anything to do with that one (I guess bc of the bandage), so my sister in law took that one back home with her. Do you think that one will live? Anything we can do to it/for it? She is going to do the Kitten Milk Replacer & Cream with that one too. Thanks! =)

What could cause my high blood pressure?

im 17 years old and im not over weight (im bout 100 lbs). i had swine flu not to long ago and when i was at the doctors they said i had high blood pressure. my mom, being a nurse, said that the normal blood pressure is between 60 and 80 and showed me how to take it myself. since then ive been checking my blood pressure and im still around 100 and 106 (even without doing any activity). ive never had any problems with my heart before or know of any in my family (that ive heard of at least). dose anyone know what might be causing this?

Could not understand why we were being charged overdraft charges when money was in the bank It had to do with the way or when they put the deposit in. Seems like they held the deposit and then ran the checks through then the deposit. Seems intentional to overdraft us. Closed the account and went to a different bank. We have no problem now.

What most people don't realize is that you can go wherever you want to go to college. If you apply and are not accepted, then simply sign up for a full-time course load as a non-major student. This means that you are not in a specific program and do not have a major. They have to take you if you can pay for it (this includes student loans, scholarships, etc). Give it a year and do your best with your grades to prove that you are "Yale material" and re-apply as a degree-seeking student. Voila! Problem solved. (I know someone who did this at Yale. He went on to become a minor politician in Connecticut and, yes, he was accepted as a degree-seeking student after a semester or two and has obviously graduated since then). Good luck in Yale!

Is my 9.6v intellect NiMh battery ruined?

Hey. I'm a little new to airsoft and accidentally mixed up NiMh and NiCd batteries, so I thought I should discharge my NiMh for storage. I let my smart charger discharge it for like four hours but it was on an almost full charge when I started it. I just realized now that it's wrong to do that, so I'm charging it again as I type this. My question is, is my battery completely ruined or damaged because I did this? I don't think it was completely done discharging though because the yellow discharge light was still on when I stopped it. Please help. I'm from Vancouver as well, and we're considered a "thin" city. You'll have to factor in the heavily advertised outdoor aspect of our city, though; sports and other recreational activities are huge here. Ok, I dont know if any of you caught it last night when Dionne mentioned the situation with Brit's short term memory. Well, last episode, when they had the commercial, Brit complained that she couldnt rememebr the lines due to her accident. But the week before that they had the acting challenge where Brit seemed to remember all her lines with NO problems. It made me wonder...I agree with Dionne in that Brit was forever making excuses. Like last night, she said she told the cabbie to meet her at Cooper (or whatever the street was) but when they replayed the scene she did not tell the guy to meet her but yet that was her excuse for being late. Im glad she's gone, she really got under my skin. What you guys think? Fake or what?

Exploring Science: Help with Pendulum lab? ?

To create and experiment for science, we had to use washers, a string, a pole, and a stopwatch. We had to try and figure out a way to change the length of the pendulum's period (from when it leaves one spot until it returns). We added one extra washer each time and timed it: shorter. I understand the momentum behind it, but is there any law of gravity to prove it?

Adult figure skaters: does your club or rink make you feel unwanted and unappreciated?

I read an article in last month's Skating magazine that emphasized what an et to clubs adult skaters are. Adult skaters can volunteer their time, serve on boards and help out with events more than the kids in the club. It saddened me because the clubs here treat adults almost like they have no business skating. My club is quick to cut adult events at competitions, does not offer any programs that adults can participate in and while helping at club sanctioned events, one adult skater heard judges go on about how much they dislike watching adult skaters. Even though I skated growing up and continue to skate, teach, test and compete, I don't feel like I fit in. I hate freestyle sessions because of how some younger skaters act -- even though I've been skating longer than they've been alive! I'm not sure if I'm just being too self-conscious, if it's just my area/club or what. Anybody else run into similar situations? Anyone try anything to improve your situation?

I would say no you do not have an obligation to talk to him if you don't want. But don't hold a grudge against him about getting with his "mistress". Your mother and his relationship was probably over and he went about it really wrong but he had to do what he though was best in his life. My father did the same thing. But we still have a relationship somewhat. I don't have any hard feelings and don't care that he left my mother but it is not like we talk on a daily basis either. We talk probably once every 2 months.
