Wobbly Steering Wheel.. Why?

Sounds like a bent rim. Look at the wheel (the one that hit the curb) look for a ding in the rim . Run your hand along it ito see if you can feel a dent. Just change the tire for now and take the other one in they might be able to fix it. If not you might have to have that tire mounted on a different rim.
