How to get something out of your backside that's stuck on the skin inside?

i was in the bath and i think i sat on a piece of metal but is was like a tube and somehow it is now up my backside but the worse thing is that somehow it has clipped itself to the skin on my backside hole and it really hurts would it be best to go to the hospital
