You could get some sports games, i.e. Madden MLB 2k8. COD 4 or 5. MK vs. DCU. Far Cry 2, may be too gory, probably not. Midnight Club L.A. Mirror's Edge, Star Wars TFU, Smackdown vs. Raw 09, Vegas 2, Battlefield Bad Company, Civ. Revolution. That should cover most genres.
