Does anyone know the name of this book?

I've been trying to remember the name of this book but I can't. Its a vampire book set in London and one of the characters is named Dennis (he comes in towards the end). he's not a real vampire- he's lab-made, and if it helps he's blue (if i remember correctly). it's been driving me up a wall so if anyone remembers it would be a big help
