Help! I need to get a spaceship!?

I was watching the discovery channel a while back and they were saying that there were people living on mars or something like that. I didn't know we could go there, I want to go there but I need a spaceship. I called a local automobile dealer about it but he told me he didn't have any. do any of you have any idea where i can find one for a reasonable price as I really want to visit the people on mars.
