Can anybody help me with Hereditary spastic paraplegia.?

HSP Is a very rare condition in it the lower limbs are paralysed or dont function normally. In this paralysis limb muscles are in state of spasm /rigidity (other condition is flaccidity in which muscles are not rigid) its inherited in different ways. There is some kind of abnormality in tracts of spinal cord. (i m not mentioning them as i dont think so you ill get them anyways). Usually there is no treatment but physiotherapy may help.
