Steve Harvey's new book tells women about men. Why trust ANY man if what Steve says is true?

It just seems to me that if all men are looking to use a woman unless she stands up for herself, why trust men? Why can't men act compionately and become human beings that care about other people? And lets say that a woman is stupid and does not protect herself? Does that mean she should be abused and treated like a disposable? Does that mean that he is entitled to treat her like trash? I would not want to use someone just because they are vulnerable -- for whatever reason they are vulnerable. It seems if you let your guard down and make one mistake, you should expect and will be treated like a used condom or sanitary napkin. Let's just blame the victim. If they don't know better, they deserve what they get!
