When i boot windows, shows iexplorer.exe missing and then explorer and drwatson crash and then reload.?

When explorer and drwatson crash the desktop goes blank. The Explorer reloads and all icons and the iexplorer error message reappear and then it just repeats itself over and over. Also when i load safe mode with networking the keyboard doesnt work, both usb and regular keyboard. any help would be appreciated.
