After serving his sentence, should Michael Vick be allowed to return to the NFL?

NFL quarterback Michael Vick has accepted a deal to plead guilty to federal conspiracy charges involving illegal dog fighting. Here is a cruel man in the tradition of Mike Tyson. He hasn't served a day yet and the NCAAP is already clamoring for his return to the NFL. Michael Vick is a bad boy. Here is a man who has a contract with the Falcons worth about 130 million dollars messing around with dog fights for virtually pennies. He is cruel and vicious and should be given his walking papers.
