90's Dance Song "Tonight"?

Okay, I have a memory of this song from late 1990 and early 1991 that was played in Manhattan dance clubs like the Roxy and Mars called "Tonight". All I can really remember is the refrain "Tonight". Very dance-able, very mixable with its genre. Female vocals, very electronic , fast beat. Something like: The way you look Tonight... duh da da da da da, Toni-i-i-ight. duh da da da da da, Toni-i-i-ight. The refrain Tonight is extremely prominent in this tune and the vocalist will sometimes drag it out. There are lyrics, but I cannot remember them. I have checked other songs titled Tonight, but this artist was more obscure than most, but the song was played for at least 6 months at the clubs back then. Can anybody help?? I would really appreciate it. Thank you
